Announcing Rate Guarantee

Book by April 1, 2010 and we'll guarantee you the lowest rate. That's right. You have our promise that if the rate goes lower at any time before your stay, we'll honor the lower rate.

Don't delay, since the best dates get booked quickly. In addition to the guaranteed rate, you'll also receive:

  • Spa Credit: Two $25 spa treatment credits at the White Elephant Spa

  • Dinner Credit: $25 dinner credit on $100 spend, or $50 dinner credit on $150 spend, at either Brant Point Grill at the White Elephant or TOPPER'S at The Wauwinet

Offer is subject to availability; cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers; not applicable to groups; some restrictions apply. Dinner credit does not apply to alcohol, beverages or gratuity; only one credit per check. Spa credit valid on a minimum $100 spend per treatment; only one credit per treatment; cannot be applied to gratuity. To receive the guarantee, you must book by April 1, 2010.

Reservation Policies

  • Jared Coffin House is a non-smoking inn.
  • Quotes are for single or double occupancy and may change without notice.
  • Rates are subject to an 11.7% tax, which includes both state and local occupancy taxes.  
  • A minimum stay may be required.
  • Prepayment is required and cancellation penalties apply.
  • All deposits are refundable up to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, less a $25 processing fee.
  • Pets are not permitted except at our sister property The Cottages & Lofts at the Boat Basin.
  • We accept major credit cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Club and Discover.
  • Room rates vary with room size, location, and availability.
  • Accommodation for children or an extra person in the same room are very limited and require specific confirmation.  Rollaway beds are not available.
  • Vacancies caused by early departures are considered to be cancellations and full payment of reserved stay is expected.
