As the effects of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) unfold, we are mindful of keeping our guests and community informed of what we have planned for the spring season. It is an ever changing and evolving situation which we are monitoring daily. The health and wellbeing of our guests, team members and local community is paramount to us.

We are proactively prepared to follow the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization and are in regular contact with Town of Nantucket health officials to maximize the effectiveness of our response.  We are taking extra measures before we open for the season, including increased vigilance and frequency in sanitizing and cleaning, especially public areas strict practices in food handling and preparation and initiating health policies for both our employees and guests to ensure safe environment for all. Keeping our employees informed and giving them the tools they need to keep themselves and our environment safe is our highest priority.

We have also compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions and updated our BLOG on current information on stores, restaurants and activities. To ensure safety and to help stop the spread of Covid - 19, the Town of Nantucket's Face Covering Order requires all members of our community to wear masks in public. Effective August 1, 2020, all travelers to Massachusetts must comply with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Travel Order. The travel new order requires all visitors and returning residents to complete a Massachusetts Traveler Form unless the are coming from a state that has been designated a lower risk COVID-19 state or fall into an exemption category

The new travel order also provides that visitors and returning residents arriving in Massachusetts from any other place other than a COVID-19 lower-risk state must quarantine FOR 14-days they can produce a negative COVID-19 test result administered on a sample taken not more than 72-hours prior to arriving in Massachusetts

Given these unique circumstances we will continue to re-evaluate the situation and make changes to our policies accordingly. Our team wants to make sure you feel secure in making future reservations for our hotels. We are currently operating under the following cancellation policy: 50% deposit due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% due 30-days prior to arrival. If you cancel outside the 30 days we will refund 90% of the deposit and keep 10%. If you cancel within 30 days the full deposit is nonrefundable
