COVID-19 UpdateJared Coffin House is now open for the season.
We are open for the season and are mindful of keeping our guests and community informed of what to expect for 2021 season as it relates to Covid-19 restrictions. The health and wellbeing of our guests, team members and local community continues to be paramount to us.
We are following the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and are aligned with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of Nantucket's reopening plan.
Effective August 5, 2021, a MANDATORY MASK ORDER is in place on Nantucket, where both fully vaccinated and non-vaccinated guests are required to wear masks INDOORS in all business which are open to the public including hotel public spaces, restaurants, shops, galleries, event spaces, churches and municipal buildings. Masks are required in certain modes of transportation including aircrafts, ferries, public transportation and in our own courtesy cars and vans. When dining with us, guests will be required to wear masks whilst moving around the restaurant, lounge and public spaces. Masks can be removed when the guests are seated at tables.
We know Nantucket is a special place and we want our guests to feel confident and comfortable in planning their next trip to visit us and to relax and enjoy our hotels, restaurants and marina when you are here.
We can't wait for another season full of unforgettable experiences with you.
